Why did they leave at checkout?: Funnels show where carts drop off. Each step links to recordings of the people who stopped there.
Which buttons do nothing?: Rage clicks and dead clicks are flagged by page, with the element people hit and every session it happened in.
Who's on the site right now?: Live lists every visitor with their cart and where they came from. Watch Live opens their visit as it happens.
How far down do people get?: Click and scroll heatmaps for any page, split by phone and desktop.
Has this person bought before?: Visitor profiles hold every visit and order. Your staff can add a name, notes and a follow-up date.

Add-to-carts and orders are also sent from your server, so ad blockers and closed tabs don't lose sales. An order that reports twice is matched by its order number and counted once.

You're recording people's visits. These are on for every store before you change a setting.

Every form field is masked in the browser before anything is sent. Card numbers and passwords never leave the page.
Visitors whose browser sends Global Privacy Control aren't tracked.
Your privacy policy gets an opt-out link that works from any page of your store.
IP addresses aren't stored with visits.
No ad pixels, no profiles across other sites, and visitor data is never sold.
Names and notes your staff add to a visitor stay out of exports.

Candler started as the analytics for Amison Jewelry, a WooCommerce shop. It was built there to replace Lucky Orange, and everything on this page runs on that store today.

Will it slow my store down?: The tracker is about 10 KB compressed and loads without blocking the page. The recorder waits until the page has loaded, and data goes out in small batches in the background.
What counts as a recorded session?: One visit that gets recorded, however many pages it covers. Page views, clicks, carts and orders aren't metered.
What if I run out mid-month?: Recording pauses until the 1st. Everything else keeps counting, visits already being recorded finish, and there's no overage charge.
Is there a free plan?: Yes. Free covers 1,000 recorded sessions and 10,000 visits a month on one website, and keeps a year of visits and orders. No card and no time limit.
Can I run it next to Lucky Orange or Hotjar?: Yes. They don't interfere with each other, and running both for a few weeks is the easiest way to compare.
What happens if I outgrow Free?: Recording pauses after 1,000 recorded sessions, and tracking pauses after 10,000 visits, until the 1st. Upgrade and it picks back up within a few minutes. Nothing you've collected is lost.
Can I change plans or cancel?: Move up or down whenever you like, and the new limits apply right away. Cancel any time and your account drops to Free instead of closing.
